Ski Tips Lifting

  • While skiing parallel on a blue or black run, a skier will begin their turn by allowing the skis to flatten and direct towards the fall line.
  • Sometimes, skiers move “UP” to start their turns which causes the ski tips to lose contact with the snow. This is a sign the skier is “Back” or on their heels making it difficult to link one turn into the next.
